  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard
  • 6 slices Bread, cubed
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard.
  4. Stir in the cubed bread, cooked sausage, and 1 ½ cups of the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set and golden brown.
