Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast.
Add the water and olive oil, and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rest for 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and shape it into a loaf.
Place the loaf on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
