Cinnamon Raisin Bread Recipe

- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup Raisins
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
2. Add sugar, salt, melted butter, and 2 cups of flour. Mix until smooth.
3. Gradually add the remaining flour and cinnamon. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes.
4. Fold in the raisins. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool before slicing.
