Ingredients 

Bread Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 units Eggs
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted

Cinnamon Swirl

  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon-sugar mixture through the batter.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
