Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon chopped
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 cups Clam Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cans Clams drained
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add the diced onion and cook until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Add the diced potatoes and clam juice to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream and clams. Cook until heated through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with the crispy bacon.
