Main Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs separated
- 3 tablespoons Cream cheese softened
- ¼ teaspoon Cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar substitute optional
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, and sugar substitute until smooth.
Gently fold the egg white mixture into the yolk mixture until well combined.
Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 8-10 small rounds.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before serving.
