Coney Island Hot Dogs Recipe

- 4 hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup water
1. In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and water. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Grill the hot dogs until heated through and slightly charred.
5. Place each hot dog in a bun and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
