Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 6 small corn tostadas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
  3. Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Add a scoop of seasoned beef to the center.
  4. Top with a corn tostada, then add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to form a wrap.
  6. Heat the skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
