- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 6 small corn tostadas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the packet instructions.
Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Add a scoop of seasoned beef to the center.
Top with a corn tostada, then add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to form a wrap.
Heat the skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
