Instructions
1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Add the corn kernels and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
