Ingredients

  • 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Diced potatoes
  • 1 cup Diced onions
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onions and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the corn kernels and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
  6. 6. Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
