- 4 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Cotija cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
1. Boil the corn kernels in a pot of water until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
2. Drain the corn and divide it into cups.
3. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise to each cup and mix well.
4. Top with crumbled Cotija cheese, chili powder, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
