- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Flour
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, and milk.
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
