Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab Meat
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
