Crab Cakes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab Meat
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 large Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
