Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Crab Legs
  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. 2. Add the crab legs to the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  3. 3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
  5. 5. Use tongs to remove the crab legs from the pot and place them on a serving platter.
  6. 6. Brush the garlic butter sauce over the crab legs. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. 7. Serve immediately with extra garlic butter sauce on the side for dipping.
