Instructions
1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.
2. Add the crab legs to the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
4. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
5. Use tongs to remove the crab legs from the pot and place them on a serving platter.
6. Brush the garlic butter sauce over the crab legs. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately with extra garlic butter sauce on the side for dipping.
