Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the shredded chicken, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
