Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Plain yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a blender, combine the cucumber, yogurt, garlic, dill, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
4. Serve cold, garnished with additional dill if desired.
