  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 8 slices Bread

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped eggs, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. 4. Spread the egg mixture onto 4 slices of bread.
  5. 5. Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread to form sandwiches.
  6. 6. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
