- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can tomato sauce 14.5 ounce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
Stir in cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add cooked chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
