Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can tomato sauce 14.5 ounce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
  3. Stir in cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, cayenne, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 10 minutes.
  6. Add cooked chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
