- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup diced ham
- ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Cook until the eggs start to set.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Fold the omelet in half and cook until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully set.
6. Serve hot.
