Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Water warm

Filling

  • 1 cup Ground pork
  • 0.5 cup Chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal the edges.
  4. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
