  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Green bell peppers, halved and seeded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Stuff bell peppers with beef mixture and place in a baking dish.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
