- 6 large Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Bell Pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the cheese, bell pepper, spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
