- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
2. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the broth thickens slightly.
3. Slowly pour in the beaten eggs while stirring the broth to create egg ribbons.
4. Add salt to taste and drizzle with sesame oil.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
