Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil optional
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Push the garlic to the side and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. 6. Drizzle with sesame oil if using, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve hot.
