Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. 2. Make a well in the center and add eggs. Mix well.
  3. 3. Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until dough forms a ball.
  4. 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Roll out dough to desired thickness and cut into strips.
  6. 6. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
  7. 7. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
