Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for another minute.
4. Add shredded cabbage and carrots, cook until tender.
5. Stir in soy sauce and green onions, cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
