- 8 pieces Egg Whites
- 1 cup Chopped Vegetables (bell peppers, spinach, onions)
- ¼ cup Shredded Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the chopped vegetables and shredded cheese.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the egg whites are set.
