Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Sprouted Wheat Berries ground
  • ½ cup Sprouted Barley ground

  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

  6. 6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. 7. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan. Let it rise for another 30 minutes.

  9. 9. Let the bread cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
