  • 200 g Fideo pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the fideo pasta and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.
  5. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
