Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast cubed
- 2 cups Macaroni
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Carrots diced
- 1 cup Celery diced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a pot, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add macaroni, carrots, and celery. Cook until macaroni is tender.
5. Stir in evaporated milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
