Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cubed
  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Celery diced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  3. 3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add macaroni, carrots, and celery. Cook until macaroni is tender.
  5. 5. Stir in evaporated milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
