Ingredients 

Fish and Marinade

  • 1 lb White fish fillets such as cod or tilapia
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Toppings

  • 8 small Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 1 unit Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add fish fillets to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing pieces of fish on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, sour cream, pico de gallo, and a squeeze of lime.
