- 2 lb Beef chuck roast
- 4 Hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 packet Onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1. Place beef chuck roast in a slow cooker.
2. Add beef broth, onion soup mix, and garlic powder. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beef is tender.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
4. Slice hoagie rolls and place provolone cheese slices inside each roll.
5. Shred the cooked beef and distribute evenly among the rolls.
6. Place sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
7. Serve sandwiches with a small bowl of the cooking liquid (au jus) for dipping.
