Instructions
1. Heat the milk in a pot over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

5. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth-lined strainer to separate the curds from the whey.
6. Gather the cheesecloth and squeeze out any excess liquid.
7. Transfer the fresh cheese to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
