Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push vegetables to the side, pour beaten eggs into the wok, scramble until cooked.
  5. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
