  • 300 ml Water lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 7 g Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  7. 7. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
  8. 8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
  9. 9. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
