Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Xanthan Gum
  • 2.5 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast

Instructions 

  1. Add the warm water, olive oil, and honey to the bread machine pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, salt, and xanthan gum.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the bread machine pan.
  4. Sprinkle the yeast on top of the dry ingredients.
  5. Select the gluten-free setting on your bread machine and start.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
