Main Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Warm Water
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Xanthan Gum
- 2.5 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
Add the warm water, olive oil, and honey to the bread machine pan.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, salt, and xanthan gum.
Add the dry ingredients to the bread machine pan.
Sprinkle the yeast on top of the dry ingredients.
Select the gluten-free setting on your bread machine and start.
Once the cycle is complete, remove the bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
