Grilled Cheese de Mayo Recipe

- 4 slices Bread Any type you like
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise Divided
- 4 slices Cheese Cheddar or American
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
3. Place two slices of bread, mayonnaise side down, in the skillet.
4. Top each slice with cheese, then place the remaining bread slices on top, mayonnaise side up.
5. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
