Ingredients

  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 4 Hoagie rolls
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the sausages for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
  3. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced peppers and onion, and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toast the hoagie rolls on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a sausage in each roll, topping with the cooked peppers and onions, marinara sauce, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
