Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough or ciabatta
  • 4 slices Cheese Mozzarella or cheddar
  • 4 slices Ham Or any deli meat of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Softened
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard Optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the panini press.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer cheese, ham, and mustard (if using) between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing out.
  4. Place the sandwich in the panini press and grill for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from the press, slice in half, and serve immediately.
