- 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
Flip the salmon and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
