  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
