Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados ripe
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 Small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Jalapeño optional, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add lime juice, chopped onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
  4. If using, add chopped jalapeño and mix.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
