Main Ingredients
- 3 Avocados ripe
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 Small Onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Cilantro chopped
- 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Jalapeño optional, chopped
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
Add lime juice, chopped onion, cilantro, tomatoes, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
If using, add chopped jalapeño and mix.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
