Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ham diced
- 2 cups Dried Beans soaked overnight
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 6 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, combine the soaked beans, diced ham, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
2. Add 6 cups of water to the pot and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beans are tender.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
