Ingredients

  • 4 cups Frozen hash browns
  • 1 pound Breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cooked sausage, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
