- 2 cups shredded hash browns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- ¼ cup melted butter

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and melted butter. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
