Main Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium onion diced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add diced onion, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes until potatoes are crispy and onions are caramelized.
