- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup honey

- 1 cup milk
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix honey, milk, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
