  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs
  • cup Honey
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, ketchup, olive oil, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
