- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ½ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, ketchup, olive oil, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture over the chicken thighs.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Serve hot with your favorite side dish.
