Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts, drained and chopped 14 oz can
  • 1 cup Frozen Spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot with crackers, bread, or vegetables.
