Main Ingredients
- 8 slices Turkey Breast cooked
- 8 slices Bread toasted
- ¼ cup Butter
- ¼ cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 8 slices Tomato
- 8 slices Bacon cooked
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in the milk, cooking until the mixture thickens. Stir in the Parmesan and Cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the toasted bread slices in a baking dish. Top each slice with turkey, then cover with the cheese sauce.
Place a slice of tomato on top of each sandwich, then add two slices of bacon.
Bake in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbly and lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
