Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce 15 oz can
  • 1 can Kidney Beans 15 oz can, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato sauce, kidney beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve the chili over hot dogs or as a side dish.
