Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and all the spices.
  2. 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. 4. Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  5. 5. Serve hot with naan or rice.
